What programs do you offer?
Our core programs are our school year programs with after school program from 3:30 - 5:30 PM offered 3, 4, or 5 days a week focusing on math, language arts, and science for grades 1 - 6. The idea is to have kids hop on over from James W Hill or St. Lukes (reach out to coordinate pick up logisitcs), spend some time each day on reinforcing their learning and building a strong foundation and mastery in these subject areas.
We know after school and evening can be busy for parents so we want to bring this in the neighborhood to help parents and kids juggle those evening schedules with one less thing to worry about!
In addition, we offer a Math Accelerator on weekends for kids who are looking for advanced math enrichment.
We are also excited to bring march break and summer camp programs right here to the neighborhood - from exciting partnerships with Bio Troopers for a science themed programs, Biz Builders to build young entrepreneurs, and our August Summer academy to get ready to get back to school!
We'll continue to add and offer speciality workshops on the weekends. Right now we have a free chess club running on Saturdays!

How flexible are the daily school year after school program? Can my child attend for 1 hour instead of 2? 2 days instead of 3?
To see sustained results, we need a schedule that supports it. We want to be flexible without losing the value in what we provide. For our after care program we do have the flexibility of 3, 4, or 5 days. We cover Math and Language Arts on these days using world class curriculum, and support kids with their homework and support where they need it.
Alternatively, you can pick from our weekly one hour evening schedule that runs from 5:45 - 6:45 PM (or) 7:00 - 8:00 PM Mondays - Fridays for focused learning on one or two subject areas.
What's your curriculum approach?
Our curriculum is focused on building a strong foundation aligned with the Ontario standards, but also moving beyond where needed to build a strong foundation and mastery. We look for curriculum that is world class and meets our learners where they are. As an example - for Math, our focus is based on SINGAPORE MATH approach.
Singapore Math is a comprehensive program designed to establish fundamental math skills and help students gain a deep understanding, and build their confidence and proficiency in problem-solving. The program structure ensures students acquire essential math skills, while fostering critical thinking and real-world application.
The aproach is personalized - meeting students at their individual learning levels to ensure mastery of concepts before progressing and eash session is structure as - student learning, knowledge consolidation, and practical application.

Why not franchise with a known big brand?
Great question. While our focus is on learning, we want the flexiblity to really tailor what we do to the needs of our community.
In addition to our daily program offering that works with the school schedule in the neighborhood, we also want to be able to offer weekend workshops and use the space for community events like chess clubs for children.
Working with a big national franchise takes away that flexibility of creating something unique for the community! It's more risky doing this ourselves, but we have a strong vision and passion to make it happen!
How much does it cost?
Based on the program, the pricing is different but we are doing our best to keep it affordable for families in the neighborhood. Reach out and we can discuss the available options based on your needs.
